Family Life Center Rental

The  Family Life Center is air-conditioned, so no matter how hot it is outside, you will be comfortable inside. If you wish to rent the Family Life Center, download and print the forms below. Fill them out and submit them to the church in person or mail them to the Kirkpatrick Church of Christ, 5154 Columbus-Sandusky Rd. N. Marion, Ohio 43302-9719. Once forms are received you will be informed whether your desired date for the rental is available. For questions and more information on renting the Family Life Center,  call the church's minister, Don Kelley, at 419-845-2580.  Make a request for a reservation by using the forms below.  Until the forms are signed and turned in at the church for confirmation and approval, your date is not reserved. All three pages need to be filled out, signed, and returned to the church.  Thank you.
